Storefront Pickup & Local Delivery
For Saint John residents, we're offering storefront pickup and free local delivery on online and phones orders. Use promo code STAYHOME. Pickup and delivery appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm. For online orders, we'll contact you via email to make an appointment. Orders will be delivered within 1-3 days with same day delivery whenever possible. Alternatively, we can hold items in store until we reopen.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated on the order page at the time of purchase. We use Canada Post for both domestic and international orders. Please allow for 7-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed since you have placed your order, and you have not received it yet, please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to sort out the issue for you as soon as possible.
At this time, we cannot offer refunds for purchases made online. Exchanges or shop credit refunds can be made in store only.
In Store Returns
As our storefront is temporarily closed, we are extending our exchange policy to seven days following the date we reopen.
Please note our in store exchange policy lasts seven days. If seven days have passed since, unfortunately we cannot offer an exchange or shop credit refund. We cannot issue cash, debit or credit card refunds.
To be eligible for an in store exchange or shop credit refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. We accept the following:
- Clothing (excluding limited edition artist apparel)
- Accessories (excluding limited edition artist accessories, jewellery and bags)
- Original artwork & ceramics
- Artist prints
- Cards and stationery
- Books and zines
- Gift cards
- Swimwear or intimate items.
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
To complete your exchange or shop credit refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Sale items are final sale.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, vendor, consignor, or artist.
