Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We use Canada Post for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated on the order page at the time of purchase. If you live in Saint John, opt for in-store pick up by using the coupon code PICKUP. Depending where you live, please allow between 7-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed since you have placed your order and you have not received it yet, please email us at shopvisitors@gmail.com to review the status of your order.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If purchased online, it must also be in the original packaging. At this time, we can only refund debit purchases up to the limit of $150.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, and periodicals (newspapers, magazines, etc.) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (underwear, swimsuits) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Prints & greeting cards removed from their original packaging
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Some health and personal care items
Books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, vendor, consignor, or artist.

Online Refunds
You must notify within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days. At this time, we can only refund debit purchases up to the limit of $150.

Late or missing refunds for online returns 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Due to the unique nature of our inventory, we do not offer exchanges. 

Gifts
Gift cards can only be issued and used in-store. If a gift was purchased with a gift receipt, the gift-giver or gift-receiver can request a gift credit for the value of the return, within 14 days of the purchase. 

Shipping
To return your product purchased online, you should mail your product to: 145 Union Street, Saint John, NB, E2L 1A7, Canada.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
