Curbside Pick Up & Local Delivery
For Saint John residents, we offer curbside pickup and free local delivery on online and phones orders. When placing your order at the checkout, select the Pick Up option. Pick up and delivery appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm. For orders placed online, please contact us to schedule your appointment by emailing email@example.com or by calling (506) 642-1360 (within Canada, Mon - Fri, 11:00 - 5:00 AST/ADT). Orders are delivered within 1-3 days with same day delivery whenever possible. Alternatively, we can hold items for you in store until we reopen.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated on the order page at the time of purchase. We use Canada Post for both domestic and international orders. Please allow for 7-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed since you have placed your order, and you have not received it yet, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will do our best to sort out the issue for you as soon as possible.
Please note our exchange policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We accept the following:
New & vintage clothing, bags, accessories, jewellery, and shoes.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale.
Purchases made online can be exchanged in-store only. At this time, we cannot offer refunds for purchases online. Sale items are final sale.
