Shipping & Returns
We use Canada Post for both domestic and international orders. Shipping costs are calculated on the order page at the time of purchase. If you live in Saint John, opt for in-store pick up by using the coupon code PICKUP. Depending where you live, please allow between 7-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed since you have placed your order and you have not received it yet, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
At this time, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on purchases made online.
If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We accept the following:
- New and vintage clothing (excluding artist-made apparel)
- New and vintage accessories (excluding artist-made accessories, jewellery, totes & bags)
- New and vintage shoes
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Periodicals (newspapers, magazines, etc.) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (underwear, swimsuits).
Additional non-returnable items:
Prints & greeting cards
Cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchases.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, vendor, consignor, or artist.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift cards can only be issued and used in-store. If a gift was purchased with a gift receipt, the gift-giver or gift-receiver can request a gift credit for the value of the return, within 14 days of the purchase.
