For Saint John residents, we offer curbside pickup on online and phones orders. When placing your order at the checkout, select the Pick Up option.
From November 16 until December 21th, Visitors is offering free 3-day delivery, provided by Uptown Saint John. When placing your order at the checkout, select the Ship & Delivery option. This service is available to residents of Saint John.
Domestic & International Shipping
Shipping fees are calculated on the order page at the time of purchase. We use Canada Post for both domestic and international orders. Please allow for 7-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed since you have placed your order, and you have not received it yet, please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to sort out the issue for you as soon as possible.
Holiday Shipping Guidelines
To ensure that you receive your order in time for the holidays, please review Canada Post's holiday shipping guidelines here.
Please note our exchange policy lasts seven days. If seven days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We accept the following:
New & vintage clothing, bags, accessories, jewellery, and shoes.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Sale items are final sale.
Purchases made online can be exchanged in-store only. At this time, we cannot offer refunds for purchases online. Sale items are final sale.
