100 Days of Bulimia is a book written and illustrated by Janet Ford, detailing life with an eating disorder. An artist based in Vancouver, BC, Canada, Janet has lived with Bulimia Nervosa for over twenty years. Through witty illustrations and personal insights, the book follows Janet’s struggle and progression of the illness. At times wildly funny and utterly heartbreaking, Janet’s story aims to spread awareness about the complex nature of Bulimia as well as help others who suffer from the disease feel less alone and isolated in the madness.
